All The Tools You Need To Build A Successful Online Business
The Practical Details
Everything You Want to Know Before You Decide
The Eagle Summit is intentionally different from a high-volume conference. These answers explain the format, investment, experience, and logistics plainly—so you can decide with confidence.
Is This Summit Right for Me?
What is the 67th Annual Eagle Summit?
The Eagle Summit is a 2.5-day immersive leadership, business, and personal-growth experience hosted by T.H.E. Impact Network. The 2026 theme is Human by Design: Thrive in the Age of AI. It brings a curated group of entrepreneurs, leaders, advisors, creators, and growth-minded people together to explore the practical and deeply human work that technology cannot do for us.
How is the Eagle Summit different from a typical conference?
This is not a “watch speakers from the back of a ballroom, collect a tote bag, and leave” event. Attendance is intentionally limited to 75 people. Speakers remain in the room, share meals, join conversations, and are accessible across the experience. You are not buying a seat far from the action; you are joining a small-room environment built for real relationships and useful conversations.
Who will get the most value from attending?
The Summit is built for business owners, executives, emerging leaders, advisors, speakers, coaches, and thoughtful people who want stronger businesses and fuller lives. It is especially useful if you are trying to lead through growth, change, AI disruption, a career transition, or a season that requires clearer decisions.
Who may not be a fit for this event?
If you only want a large, passive conference with quick presentations and no relationship-building, this may not be the right format. The Eagle Summit asks attendees to be present, participate, meet people, and stay open to meaningful conversations. It is designed for people who want more than information.
Is this an AI conference?
AI is an important part of the 2026 theme, but this is not a tool-demo event. You will learn how to think about AI strategy, governance, operations, marketing, and personal leverage—while also addressing health, relationships, leadership, purpose, profitability, and legacy. The point is to use AI without surrendering the human judgment, courage, and connection that make a life and business worth building.
Investment, Registration & What Is Included
What does registration cost?
Current individual and group pricing is shown on the Eagle Summit registration page. Pricing can change as availability changes, so use the live registration page as the source of truth. If you are considering coming with a team or partner, ask about the current group-registration option before you purchase.
What is included with a VIP registration?
The VIP experience is designed to be highly inclusive. It includes access to the full 2.5-day Summit program, the curated speaker experience, Friday’s gourmet group dinner and Firewalk experience, and Saturday’s closing cocktail reception and live entertainment. Review the live registration page for the current offer terms and any optional upgrades.
Are there group discounts?
Yes. Group registration is available because shared language and shared implementation often create more value than sending one person home alone with notes. Ask before registering for the current group rate and the best option for your team or organization.
Why is the Summit priced differently than a large conference?
Large conferences can spread costs across hundreds or thousands of seats. The Eagle Summit intentionally limits the room to 75 people and includes a more personal environment: curated experts, meals and shared experiences, and direct access to speakers. The investment supports the format, not just the agenda.
What if I need to cancel or have a registration question?
Review the terms presented at checkout before registering. If something is unclear, contact T.H.E. Impact Network before you purchase so you can make a fully informed decision. The goal is clarity before commitment—not a surprise afterward.
Schedule, Speakers & Experiences
When and where is the Eagle Summit?
The 67th Annual Eagle Summit takes place October 1–3, 2026, at the Undivided Experience Center in Chesterfield, Missouri. The experience begins Thursday, continues Friday with speakers, the Firewalk, and a group dinner, and closes Saturday with a full day of programming, a cocktail reception, and live entertainment.
Who are the speakers?
The 2026 lineup includes 22 experts, led by New York Times bestselling author Mike Michalowicz, alongside AI strategist Sandy Waggett, leadership speakers, wellness experts, communication coaches, operators, investors, and authors. Visit the Speaker Program page for the current talk details, credentials, and featured books.
Will I actually get to interact with the speakers?
Yes. This is one of the defining features of the Eagle Summit. Speakers do not disappear after their stage time. They sit with attendees, eat with attendees, and stay engaged throughout the 2.5-day experience. While no one can promise a private consultation, the structure creates far more opportunity for real conversation than a conventional conference.
What is the Friday Firewalk, and do I have to participate?
Matt Shoup leads the Firewalk as an optional breakthrough experience. It is designed around courage, focus, and stepping beyond self-imposed limits. You are never required to walk on fire to receive value from the event. You may observe, support others, and participate in the learning without completing the walk.
What happens on Saturday evening?
Saturday closes with a cocktail reception and live entertainment, including Nick and Lindsey Williams, America’s Got Talent semifinalists. It is designed as a celebration and connection point after a full day of speakers and conversations.
Travel, Hotel, Parking & Access
Is there a hotel room block?
Yes. A discounted room block is available at the Summit hotel partner, subject to the hotel’s booking cutoff and availability. Book early once you register; room-block inventory can sell out before the Summit does. Use the event registration communication for the current booking link and deadline.
Where should I park?
Parking instructions will be shared with registrants before the event. Friday requires a specific setup for the Firewalk in the north-side parking-lot area, so attendees may be asked to park on the street or in the back on that day. Please follow the attendee parking notice when it arrives so the setup can be completed safely.
What should I wear?
Dress for a professional but comfortable environment. You will be learning, moving through group experiences, networking, and attending evening events. Bring layers for indoor comfort and choose sensible footwear if you plan to participate in the Firewalk experience.
Can you accommodate dietary, accessibility, or mobility needs?
We want the experience to be usable and welcoming. Please share dietary, accessibility, or mobility needs as early as possible after registration so the team can review practical accommodations with the venue and experience partners.
Can I attend virtually?
The Eagle Summit is designed primarily as an in-person experience because the room, meals, speaker access, and relationship-building are core to its value. If a virtual option is announced, it will be listed clearly on the registration page; do not assume a virtual ticket is included unless it is specifically offered.
Making the Most of It
What should I do before I arrive?
Come with one or two real questions you want to work on—not a vague desire to “learn something.” Review the Speaker Program, identify the conversations you want to have, book your hotel early, and give yourself permission to be fully present. The more intentionally you enter the room, the more useful the Summit becomes.
Can I bring a spouse, partner, colleague, or friend?
Absolutely. The experience is especially valuable when you attend with someone who shares part of your life or business and can continue the conversations after the event. Use the group-registration option if it applies to your situation.
What if my question is not answered here?
Please ask. Contact T.H.E. Impact Network before registering, and the team will help you determine whether the Summit is right for your goals and circumstances. Transparent answers are part of the experience.
