Together, we’ll explore:

• What values truly are—and why they matter more than goals

• How values guide decisions under pressure

• Why values don’t change (and why that’s a gift)

• How values function like buckets—measured over time, not judged

• What happens when value buckets run low—and how distortion shows up

• Why leadership isn’t about changing values, but partnering with aligned ones

Before the session, you’ll be invited to complete a 10–15 minute values survey.
If you don’t complete it in advance, we’ll take time during the Mastermind to do it together.

Defined behaviors and attitudes connected to each value

A practical way to notice misalignment before it costs you clarity, energy, or trust
