On Wednesday, January 14th, from 9:30–11:00am, we’ll gather for the first Eagle Mastermind of the year, hosted by Executive Coach and Keynote Speaker Jeff Koziatek. You’re welcome to join in person or via Zoom, wherever you are. Jeff has graced the Eagle Summit stage TWICE as a keynote speaker and he's a beloved member of our community. I couldn't be more excited to have him do this series with us!

January 14 Session: Values (The Real Kind)

Our first session focuses on values - not as wall art or talking points, but as operating principles.

Together, we’ll explore:

• What values truly are—and why they matter more than goals
• How values guide decisions under pressure
• Why values don’t change (and why that’s a gift)
• How values function like buckets—measured over time, not judged as “good” or “bad”
• What happens when value buckets run low—and how distortion shows up
• Why leadership isn’t about changing values, but partnering with aligned ones
  (This is about thriving—not avoiding diversity.)

Before the session, you’ll be invited to complete a 10–15 minute values survey.
If you don’t complete it in advance, we’ll take time during the Mastermind to do it together.

You’ll leave with:

• Clear articulation of your professional values
• Defined behaviors and attitudes connected to each value
• A practical way to notice misalignment before it costs you clarity, energy, or trust
