The Power of Connection
Nurturing Relationships with Like-Minded People is Key
Hey Eagles,
As we continue to grow and thrive together, it’s easy to get caught up in the hustle—the constant demands of our businesses, goals, and tasks. But in all the movement, one thing is often overlooked: genuine connection.
Dr. Tom Hill has always emphasized the importance of relationships. We rise by lifting others, he often says, and that’s something we carry with us every day in the Eagle community. Connection isn’t just about making acquaintances—it’s about building meaningful, lasting relationships that inspire us to be better, challenge us to grow, and ultimately elevate us in every area of life.
Why Connection Matters
It’s easy to think that networking is simply about exchanging cards or making contacts. But Dr. Hill has always taught us that true connection goes deeper. It’s about finding like-minded people who challenge us, support us, and help us evolve. Whether in business or in life, these relationships are the bedrock of success.
Think about the people who’ve had the greatest impact on your life. More often than not, it’s those who invested in you, believed in you, and helped you navigate tough times. That’s the power of connection—the magic of having someone by your side as you chase your goals and dreams. It’s not just about the big wins; it’s about those quiet moments of encouragement that make all the difference.
How to Make Time
Life is busy... and we often overlook the simple act of connecting with those around us. But as Dr. Hill always said, “The quality of your life is determined by the quality of your relationships.” Here’s how we can all nurture those relationships:
- MAKE Time for It
Relationships don’t thrive by accident. They require intentionality. If we don’t make time for the people that matter most, life will get in the way. Whether it’s a phone call, a coffee chat, or a message of support—invest in those around you. Remember, it’s not just about what you can take, but about what you can give. - Serve Others First
Dr. Hill’s life is a shining example of service to others. We all have something to offer, and sometimes, the best way to build a meaningful connection is by helping others. Ask yourself: Who can I serve today? A quick note of encouragement, a piece of advice, or simply listening—these small acts of service create bonds that go far beyond business. - Support Through Prayer and Encouragement
Connection goes beyond business strategies—it’s about supporting each other through the highs and lows of life. Dr. Hill has always taught us the importance of spiritual connection and emotional support. Take time to check in with someone, offer a prayer, or just send a message of encouragement. Those small gestures can make a world of difference.
What Do You Need?
In this community, we’re here to support you. Whatever you need—whether it’s advice, connections, or resources—we’re committed to helping you grow. What do you need right now to level up? Who can we introduce you to? What obstacles can we help you overcome? Let us know how we can serve you, and let’s make those connections that matter.
How Can You Serve?
You don’t have to have all the answers, but you do have the ability to make a difference. Who can you serve today? Reach out to someone who needs your expertise, your time, or your support. Service is the glue that keeps us all together and helps us rise. As Dr. Hill reminds us, “We’re here to serve.”
Let’s carry his vision forward by continuing to grow together. The more we serve each other, the stronger we become, both as individuals and as a community.

Prayer Request Update from Scott Rupp
Hayley’s ventilator has been on spontaneous breathing for over 27 hours now. The day before it was for 15 hours. This is nothing short of miraculous. Thank you for continuing to pray for her and support our family. It has been very needed.
We have a very specific prayer request for Hayley regarding tomorrow, Saturday, April 5.
We are taking Hayley off the ventilator tomorrow at 10:30am.
It’s not medically indicated but we believe it’s what God has asked us to do.
Her brain is telling her body to breathe. The main concern is that her throat will close up due to her being on the ventilator so long. Please pray for Hayley to continue to breathe on her own and for her airway to be healed of any inflammation and free from any airway obstruction.
Please continue to pray for her to be supernaturally protected from infections and illness. Please pray for her to be able to sustain her breathing without any struggle or stress. Again, thank you so much for praying for my sweet daughter.
A NOTE FROM THE EDITOR
Continued Support and Gratitude
Dear Eagles,
First, I want to ask for your continued prayers for Scott Rupp’s daughter. Tomorrow is a critical day in their journey. Your prayers and support are so appreciated as we continue to surround her with strength and healing.
I’d also like to personally thank each of you who has offered prayers and support after my shoulder replacement surgery last Wednesday. Your kindness and encouragement mean the world to me. I fully intend to come back stronger than ever and bring you the best Eagle Summit to date in October!
Looking ahead, I’m excited to see you all at the Mastermind this Wednesday! Mickey will run it live and I'll be supporting via Zoom. I can't drive yet, so please show up to support Mickey and BRUCE SHERIDAN'S book release! It’s going to be another fantastic session filled with insights, growth, and, as always, connection.
See you soon!
With gratitude and hope,
