I almost gave up. True story.

Not because I stopped believing in the power of Eagle Summit. Quite the opposite.

I’ve always known the room is powerful. I’ve seen the breakthroughs. I’ve watched relationships form that lasted for years. I’ve seen people leave changed - clearer, braver, more connected, more alive.

But if I’m being honest, there have been years when the weight of carrying it all felt very real.

I’ve lost money every year I’ve hosted it. Volunteers don’t always show up the way you hope. People wait until the very last minute to register, and yes — that creates real anxiety when you are trying to plan a high-level experience with excellence.

And still… every single year, it has come together.
Every single year, it has been amazing.
Every single year, the room has mattered.

Then at the end of April, I had the unique honor of spending four days with business legends at Gather of Titans at MIT - 100 of the world’s leading CEOs, many of whom have been gathering together annually for 25 years, bringing in world-class speakers and immersing themselves in a multi-day experience of learning, growth, generosity, challenge, laughter, and deep connection.

I spoke on AI while I was there, alongside a host of extraordinary speakers from a wide range of disciplines.

And I’ll be honest — I didn’t know exactly what to expect.

They told me it was an experience like none other.

And it was incredible.

But do you know what hit me while I was there?

There is another event like it.

They just didn’t know it.

And it’s Eagle Summit.

 It had the same energy.
The same immersion.
The same long days of learning side by side.
The same meals together.
The same fun, thought-provoking, transformational experiences.
The same laughter, tears, imagination, possibility, generosity, and giving of hearts and souls.

That realization filled my heart with so much joy.

Dr. Tom Hill knew exactly what he was doing when he created this event. And I am more inspired than ever to continue the legacy. The power in rooms like these is unlike anything else. It is a privilege to be in them - and an even greater privilege to help create them.
